Cultivation Approach

CSF LLC works with a cultivation process using soybean substrate and artificial plasma technology to make rare Sinensis Cordyceps easier to manage and evaluate as a B2B ingredient.

Soybean Substrate

The cultivation substrate uses soybean-based material. As a designed substrate that does not use insects as hosts, it is suited to ingredient design and specification management in a way that differs from wild-harvested material.

Artificial Plasma

Artificial plasma technology is used as part of cultivation environment control. It is positioned as a process technology that supports quality-conscious cultivation and efficient ingredient production.

Patented Technology

Patent No. JP6496959B2 relates to a “medium for forming Ophiocordyceps fruiting bodies and method for forming Ophiocordyceps fruiting bodies.” CSF LLC holds the registered rights to this patent.

The published claims include descriptions of a medium for forming Ophiocordyceps fruiting bodies using flattened soybean and dried okara, cultivation steps, and pulsed voltage application. Technical details and terms of use can be reviewed during ingredient adoption or co-development discussions.
